The old barn/rusted metal thing in the background belongs to the people who live next door to the barn. I'm pretty sure the owner of the barn has called the Humane Society a couple times since the people have numberous goats, minis and birds with deplorable living conditions but apparently, they haven't come out and even looked at it.
